DECEMBER 2007 PRESS RELEASE
Please join Karin Krog for a Holiday Ornament family program on Monday, December 17, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. You may work on your own or with family members. Enjoy refreshments as Karin helps you create and decorate a photo memory cube ornament. Your beautiful family keepsake can be hung on your tree or given as a holiday gift. Photos for your ornament can be brought in that evening or added at a later time. Children must be four years of age or older. There is a $5.00 materials fee for each ornament.
Bring the whole family for an extra special holiday program featuring the Canterbury Carollers on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. The Victorian caroling ensemble has delighted audiences since 1987 at holiday events at the following places: The White House, The Art Institute, Brookfield Zoo, and Elmhurst Historical Museum, to name a few. Dressed in authentic costumes, the ensemble will perform a glorious arrangement of traditional carols – all written before 1870. Their perfectly blended a cappella harmonies will surely put you in the holiday spirit.
