2008-2009 General Assembly Scholarship applications

     The scholarship through his office is available to residents of the 95th Legislative District, which includes parts of Batavia, Geneva, North Aurora, Warrenville, West Chicago, Wheaton and Winfield. It covers tuition for the fall, spring, and summer terms at any four-year Illinois public university.

     Eight recipients will be chosen by Representative Fortner’s scholarship committee and will be notified by mail.

     All applications and supporting materials must reach the district office no later than 4PM on April 11, 2008.

     Applications can be requested by calling the district office. Applications will also be made available at the district high schools.
