AGING WITH DIGNITY
On Thursday, April 17, 2008, Winfield Township will be hosting a free, informative program on “AGING WITH DIGNITY”. It is an opportunity to learn more about Hospice, option you have regarding end-of-life care and Five Wishes – a legal document that helps you express how you want to be treated if you are seriously ill and unable to speak for yourself. People of all ages can learn from this program. Every attendee will be given a Five Wishes booklet, free.
The event will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the St. John The Baptist Church in Sebahar Hall located on Libery Street in Winfield, Illinois. The address to the church is 03233 Church Street, Winfield.
