• As you know by now, the Board of Education and Dr. Erwin last night agreed to extend the K-2 classroom cap, which limits those classes to no more than 25 kids, for one more year. The extension will have some budget ramifications. There’s a commercial running now that says we have to measure most of our role models by a sliding scale: parents, athletes, etc. But not so those who promise to sacrifice everything for us. They are, truly and by any measure, heroes.
