Education Partners, good afternoon:
- As we continue motoring through spring and registration activities for
next year, a reminder about an informative and valuable addition to our
website: the Health Service link, which can be found on both About 303 and
the Schools page. This site has all of the necessary health-related forms
and a host of other health related information. Please check it out and/or
share with anyone who might need this information, and click here to see the
page:

- Once again, the Greater St. Charles Education Foundation has shown its
commitment to District 303, funding 20 grants worth a total of $48,000,
requested by nine of our 17 schools. Since 1992 this group has given more
than $700,000 to District 303 schools, students and community groups. Click
here for more:

- The Board of Education this week received an update about changes being
made to the district discipline policy, including new language regarding
student pranks. I inadvertently left this item out of the Board of Education
Meeting Synopsis that was posted on Tuesday. More details will follow when
the Board approves the new policy later this summer.
- Also at Monday’s Board meeting, the Board honored St. Charles East High
senior Samantha Martin for being named a National Merit Scholar $2,400
scholarship winner – the first for D. 303 since 2001. Here are a few
pictures:

- Finally, please note the District 303 Student-Stranger Encounter Report,
attached below.
Have a good afternoon and evening,
