Books for Lunch on Thursday, February 1, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. will feature Luanne Bombard from the West Chicago City Museum presenting Immigration: Building a Community. She will discuss the four main immigrant groups of West Chicago: English, German, Irish, and Mexican. She will share their stories along with artifacts and photographs.

The Chocolate! program is back by popular demand on Thursday, February 22, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. Beckie and Robert Untiedt of Graham’s Fine Chocolates in Geneva bring their expertise and “samples” for a truly scrumptious time. They will present the art and history of chocolate making. Learn about the cocoa bean and its origins. Find out how white, milk and dark chocolates are made, as well as which flavor has the most nutritional value and why. Join us for a delicious and unforgettable experience. Indulge yourself!
